You can now submit a cancellation (right of withdrawal) conveniently online – no letter, no phone call, no hassle. And you have up to 30 days from the dispatch date to do so.
Why are we doing this?
EU Directive 2023/2673 (implemented in §356a BGB) requires all online retailers to provide customers with a simple digital cancellation option that is just as easy to find as the order button. We are implementing this now – so you are fully covered.
How the cancellation process works
The process is intentionally straightforward and takes just two steps:
| 1 | Fill in the form Enter your name, email address and order number – you can also add an optional comment. ★ Customer account advantage: If you are logged in, all your details are pre-filled automatically and all eligible orders are shown for easy selection – no manual input needed. |
| 2 | Confirm All details are shown in a summary. By clicking "Confirm cancellation" your legally binding declaration of withdrawal is submitted. You will receive a confirmation email immediately with all the details. |
Works without a customer account too
? Ordered as a guest? No problem.
The cancellation process also works without logging in and without a customer account – this is required by law and a matter of course for us. You simply need your order number and the email address you used when placing the order.
Where to find the cancellation button
We have placed the button in several locations throughout the shop so you can always find it quickly. It will be hidden automatically once the cancellation period has expired or an order has already been cancelled.
